I stumbled upon this little breakfast spot by chance, planning to grab a sandwich and coffee to go. But the moment I stepped inside, I could tell it was a well-kept, welcoming mom-and-pop shop. The owner’s friendly greeting made me feel right at home, so I decided to sit down instead. I ordered the Eggs Benedict Florentine, and it completely exceeded my expectations. From the presentation to the flavors, everything was spot-on. The English muffin was perfectly toasted, the hash browns were crisp and beautifully formed, the egg yolks were just the right amount of runny, and the hollandaise was warm and velvety. The food was truly outstanding, and the service matched it. I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a delicious, unpretentious breakfast experience.

Excellent customer service and delicious food! From the moment we walked in, we were given great customer service. The woman who greeted and seated us was friendly, the woman who served us was knowledgeable and gave us a tour of the menu and the chef actually came out of the kitchen to check in and see how the food and our experience was. The Salmon Benedict was well done and came with 3 eggs which was a pleasant surprise. The homemade hash brown was unique and tasty. We also ordered the cherry banana french toast special which was a great blend of sweet fruit that complimented the thick french toast -- no syrup was needed with that dish.

Nice cafe. The food was excellent, exactly as ordered and came out quickly. All of the employees were friendly and helpful. I am glad I found The Lighthouse Cafe while waiting for someone at the hospital just up the street.

Super cute local place, the music in the background matches the cute aesthetic. My breakfast was delicious, eggs perfectly made to order, the right amount of hashbrowns with toast and delicious crispy bacon. This will forever be my go to spot

This may sound silly but I had the best breakfast sandwich of my life here this morning. Everyone in my 4 person party were thrilled with their choices (3 breakfast sandwiches and a grilled and buttered blueberry muffin and side of sausage) I’m not a big egg fan but the sandwich sounded so good. The eggs were cooked perfectly and balanced with the right amount of meat and cheese. The English muffin was cooked to a perfect crisp. Not only that but EVERYONE working there was so friendly and welcoming. It was our last day in Boston and I only regret not finding this place sooner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I’ll be thinking about that breakfast sandwich for a long time.
